Aerial direction for TV Service
Emu Park is in a small free to air black spot due to the physical terrain surrounding the area. We have installed a tv repeater in the park so you receive service. In order for that to work, you will need to point your aerial towards reception to pick up the channels. We are on Vertical Polarisation.
Amenities & Laundries
There are two amenity blocks (refer to our park map). Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Each block has a separate laundry with coin-operated washing and drying facilities and ironing boards.
Coins required: 2 x $2 per wash/dry
Irons available from reception during office hours.
Washing powder available for purchase from reception. Clothes lines available (refer to our park map). Laundry hours are 6.30 am to 9.30 pm.
BBQ’s
Free BBQs are available throughout the park for guest use only (refer to our park map).
Bicycles, skateboards & scooters
To be ridden during daylight hours only. Helmets must be worn and children under 12 must be supervised at all times. Bicycles, skateboards and scooters are not to be taken inside communal buildings.
Camp Kitchen (refer to park map)
For guests use only. Please leave clean after each use. Power outlets are available for free charging of electrical devices.

Villas/Cabins: In – 2.00 pm | Out – 10.00 am
Early check in subject to availability.
Sites: In – 11.00 am | Out – 10.00 am

Mail can be collected at reception during office hours. Messages will be taken and delivered.
Noise and behaviour
Please be considerate of noise levels whilst staying within our park. Noise travels quite easily, so please keep this in mind and restrict noise between 9.00pm and 6am, when other guests may be sleeping.

Parking
One vehicle is allowed per site or cabin/villa booked. Extra cars can be parked in the visitors parking provided at the front of the park on a first in first served basis. Parking of boats and trailers will be at the discretion of the manager.
Pets
We accept up to two dogs on selected sites all year round, so why not bring your fur baby with you. Approval must be obtained prior to booking and the final decision is at the managers discretion. We do not charge extra for dogs however, guests must comply with our dog friendly policy.

We understand your furry friends are a part of the family and we welcome them to stay inside our dog-friendly cabin. Available at reception.
Rubbish
Please assist by wrapping all food items prior to their disposal in bins provided. Bins emptied Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Security
Do not leave valuables in full view. Lock your vehicles/accommodation when you are not in attendance and while sleeping. Although all measures are taken to assist in the prevention of such circumstances, management take no responsibility for theft or damage of property.
Smoking
Prohibited in all park-owned buildings, including all park accommodation, amenities blocks and camp kitchen.
Speed limit
Walking pace or 10km/hour throughout the park.

Visitors
Please remember that visitors are your responsibility and must also adhere to these guidelines. Visitor parking is available at the front of the park. If you have booked a repair/tradesperson please notify reception (including expected time of arrival).
Water Usage
Please be water wise. Please always check if any water restrictions are in place.
